With the first saltwater pool in the Alps, the ERMITAGE Wellness- & Spa-Hotel set an early milestone for Alpine wellness. Today, the wellness area extends across approximately 3,700 m² and includes indoor and outdoor saltwater pools, saunas and a variety of other wellness facilities. The indoor and outdoor saltwater pools are treated using filtration technology and salt electrolysis.
By the way: Hotel ERMITAGE is an official partner hotel of the Gstaad Menuhin Festival & Academy. A symphony of musical enjoyment, nature experience and wellness awaits you at 1200 meters above sea level.

With the first saltwater pool in the Alps, Hotel ERMITAGE set an early milestone for Alpine wellness. Water continues to play a central role today. Swim in heated spring water and bathe in natural brine, indoors or outdoors. The swimming pools are treated using filtration technology and salt electrolysis. The wellness offering is complemented by massages, beauty treatments and a wide range of leisure and relaxation activities.

As varied as our offer: each of our rooms is individually furnished. Wood plays the leading role here. The spacious balcony front with panoramic windows lets in plenty of light. Equipped with special extras and soundproofed, each room offers comfort and privacy.

Whether à la carte, a healthy breakfast or a classic fondue – at Hotel ERMITAGE, chef Marius Kinsler and his team cook with regional and seasonal ingredients wherever possible. Inspired by the surroundings and the brine baths, you will find Alpine-Mediterranean dishes, whereby the pasta is of course homemade.
