The Pilates, yoga and fascia retreat promises a moving, invigorating and relaxing programme for a soothing break from everyday life.

A deposit of CHF 295.– is payable at the time of booking, the balance is payable on site at the hotel reception.

The prices are exclusive of VAT and spa and accommodation tax.

Course leader

The retreats are organised by Pilates Bern, a team of dedicated and competent Pilates and yoga instructors. Bookings are made directly through the cooperation partner.
