You can also take advantage of a large part of our wellness offer as a day guest. Let yourself drift in the warm saltwater pool, relax in the sauna area or work out in our fitness studio. Of course you can also book our massages and treatments.
We add natural brine to the outdoor and indoor SOLBAD, which is extracted from a depth of up to 400 meters in Schweizerhalle. The salt content is roughly the same as in the Mediterranean. Daily brine bathing stimulates the circulation and metabolism and strengthens the immune system. The water temperature of 35 degrees has a relaxing effect. Massage jets, a standing whirlpool and bubble loungers and benches provide a gentle massage.

Our outdoor sports pool is fed by spring water from Schönried and is ten meters wide and seventeen meters long. The water is 28 to 29 degrees in summer and 31 degrees in winter. Here you can swim your lengths in the fresh mountain air whatever the weather. After your workout, you can relax on the bubble loungers and benches.

A sauna session thrives on contrast. In our extensive sauna world you will find seven different saunas and steam baths. Our sauna masters surprise you daily with a variety of infusions and peelings. Enjoy smoothies, freshly squeezed orange juice and coffee from our juice bar.

Our sauna world is a mixed nude zone. For reasons of hygiene, swimwear is not permitted in the sauna area. Young people between the ages of 16 and 18 may use the sauna world if accompanied by an adult.

Young people aged 12 and over may train when accompanied by an adult. From the age of 16, unaccompanied training is permitted.
Sportswear and indoor sports shoes are mandatory for use of the fitness studio and squash hall.

With the power of nature: many of our massages and treatments are inspired by the mountains. CBD oil or arnica massage milk, goat butter or whey – we use ingredients from the region. Our experienced therapists offer treatments from Switzerland as well as traditional Far Eastern massages.
Beauty is not neglected either. In the Vitalità area in the wellness oasis, our cosmetics team offers treatments with products from Alpeor and Cellcosmet.
